Kirloskar Pneumatic Market cap 3252 crores and last traded price on bourses 504.20 on Friday close saw huge buying by institutional investors.

The promoters were seen offloading close to 14% stake in company to institutional investors- Mutual Fund Houses and Insurance Company. The deal price was 463 and near about.

The stake was picked by Tata Mutual Fund, Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund, L&T MF, Aditya Birla Sun life Mutual Fund, ICICI Pru Life Insurance Co Ltd. 

Kirloskar Pneumatic is a major player in air, refrigeration and gas compression business in India. Besides its product lines include industrial gear boxes, process gas systems, vapour absorption systems, air compressors, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. It serves Oil, Gas, Steel, Cement, Food and Beverages,  Railways, Defence and Marine Industries. India
