The universe of mutual funds offer precious metals theme to investors. As investors you can chose to invest in stand alone Gold Funds or in Silver Funds or in funds which have combination of both Gold and Silver.
Standalone Gold Funds in November 2023 delivered returns in range of 2% to 2.5%; Silver Funds delivered return sin range of 5% to 5.50% and Gold & Silver Funds returns ranged between 3% to 4% and Dollar Index closed 3% down in November at 103.52.
In 2022 calendar year Gold was the winner asset class which delivered handsome 14% while Equities delivered on an average 5%-6% and short term debt was meagre 4%.
